The Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI), Uttar Pradesh State Branch successfully organized its 16th Webinar on 5 September 2026, in collaboration with B.C.M. College of Nursing, Khairabad, U.P.

The webinar focused on “The Future Starts in the Mind: Developing a Future-Ready Mindset for Healthcare Professionals.” The session was delivered by Dr. L. Jayalakshmi, Nursing Faculty, Tamil Nadu Government Institute of Advanced Science & Research, CON, Madras Medical College, Chennai.

The highly informative and inspiring session emphasized the importance of a positive, adaptable and future-ready mindset among healthcare professionals. The webinar witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 2,000 nursing professionals participating.
