10th Webinar of the One-Year Transformative Webinar Series

The 10th Webinar of the One-Year Transformative Webinar Series was successfully organized by the TNAI U.P. State Branch in collaboration with Sahara College of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow on 25 July 2026. The webinar focused on the highly relevant topic, “Overcoming Imposter Syndrome in Nursing Education.”

The session was delivered by Dr. P. Jayalakshmi, Florence Nightingale Awardee and renowned mental health nursing expert from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. Her inspiring and insightful presentation highlighted the importance of recognizing self-doubt, building confidence, and developing resilience among nursing professionals and students. Her words motivated participants to believe in their abilities and strive for excellence with confidence and compassion.
The topic served as a powerful reminder that every nurse has unique strengths and the potential to make a meaningful difference in patient care. By overcoming imposter syndrome, nurses can lead with confidence, professionalism, and lifelong commitment to learning.

The webinar was gracefully co-chaired by Prof. (Mrs.) Rossily Nirmal, Principal, Sahara College of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow, whose encouraging words and continuous support greatly contributed to the success of the programme. Her inspiring leadership and dedication to quality nursing education continue to motivate students and faculty towards academic excellence.
The webinar witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 4,000 nursing students, faculty members, and healthcare professionals participating through classrooms and online platforms, making it another remarkable milestone in the TNAI U.P. educational initiative.
