The 11th Webinar of the One-Year Transformative Webinar Series, organized by the TNAI U.P. State Branch in collaboration with Life Line Educational Institute, Azamgarh, was successfully conducted on 31 July 2026.

The insightful session on “Emotional Intelligence as a Predictor of Academic Success and Clinical Competence” was delivered by Ms. Uthra Umashanker, Clinical Psychologist and Founder-BTT, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Her engaging and practical presentation highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in strengthening students’ academic performance, professional relationships, and clinical competence.

The session was chaired by Dr. Sambhu G., Principal, Life Line Educational Institute, Azamgarh. The webinar provided valuable learning and inspiration to nursing students, faculty members, and professionals.
