NOTICE – GENERAL BODY MEETING (GBM) & Selection of HORs & AHORs

Dear TNAI Life Members of the Uttar Pradesh State Branch,

You are cordially invited to attend the General Body Meeting (GBM) of the TNAI Uttar Pradesh State Branch to be held on 20 September 2026 at 1:00 PM in Lucknow. The venue details will be shared shortly through the official TNAI website.

The meeting will focus on the selection and finalization of House of Official Representatives (HOR) and Alternate House of Official Representatives (AHOR) for the forthcoming TNAI National Election, scheduled to be held on 14 December 2026 in Hyderabad.

As the Uttar Pradesh State Branch has 11,000+ life members, it is practically not possible to accommodate representatives from every institution and sector. Therefore, in order to ensure fair, balanced and wider representation, members are requested to limit nominations/participation to:

*Educational Institutions: Maximum 2bmembers per institution
*Clinical Services: Maximum 5 members
*Public Sector: maximum 5 ,Representation as per the final selection process

As per the current process, 11 EC members have already been confirmed as HOR. The remaining 13 HOR positions will be selected from the Educational, Clinical and Public Sector categories, in accordance with the TNAI Bylaws.

All eligible members who wish to participate are requested to complete the registration process. Confirmation of participation/selection will be communicated through email.
Eligibility-
Eligibility for HOR will be considered strictly as per the TNAI Bylaws, particularly (Articles 2, section-G& point no-vi)

We request all members to cooperate with the process and ensure maximum participation with appropriate representation from different sectors.
