National Conference on Nursing Excellence & Leadership, organized by TISHHA Cares and Samarpan Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow, in association with the Trained Nurses Association of India (UP branch):

Venue: Atal Bihari Vajpayee Scientific Convention Centre, KGMU campus, Lucknow

Objectives & Hosts
The goal was to empower nurses and spotlight leadership and innovation in nursing. TISHHA Cares, dedicated to elevating healthcare workforce skills, collaborated with Samarpan Institute and TNAI UP branch to deliver a rich academic and professional programme
Participants & Speakers more than 1,500 attendees: Nursing professionals, students, educators, and healthcare leaders from various cities such as Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bareilly, Dehradun, Delhi, Haryana, Kanpur, Lucknow etc. from across India

Featured speakers included Dr. Hem Chandra (Swami Rama Himalayan University), Kumudini Mishra, President of TNAI (UP), Major Gen (Retd) Sushila Shahi, Chairs from AMU, Era University, Command Hospital, Lucknow.

Academic Programme: Welcome address given by Mr. Manish Vaishnav, director TISHHA consultant, LLP. 7 key sessions covering by:
• New Era of Nursing: emerging innovation in nursing education & practice taken by Ms. Bhawana Verma, Nursing Officer, VMMC & Safdar Ganj hosp.
• Simulation-based training for skill excellence in nursing taken by Dr. Rashmi P. John, Principal, College of Nursing, KGMU
• Digital healthcare and research in clinical practice taken by Mrs. Precila Fernandes, Director Nursing, Medanta Hosp., Lucknow
• Developing a research culture among nursing students & clinical nurses taken by Dr. Shubhangi R. Jadhav, Nursing Head, MGM Hosp., Mumbai
• Career pathway in nursing from staff to strategic leader taken by Dr. Vincy Ashok Tribhuvan, VP, Care group of Hosp., Hyderabad
• Competency based nursing as academic Leader taken by Dr. Jasmi Manu, principal, College of Nursing, Rama university, Kanpur.
• Research Leadership in nursing: bridging the Gap between academia & Practice taken by Dr. Dipti Shukla, Principal, SINPS, Lucknow

• All registered participants were awarded 02 Credit Points by U.P. Nurses & Midwives Council (UPNMC) and 02 Credit Points by TNAI UP State Branch, essential for license renewal and professional development.

* Our esteemed Chief Guest Deputy CM & Health Minister Brajesh Pathak emphasized UP’s commitment to strengthening nursing education and workforce, stating “Nursing officers and staff are the backbone of healthcare” and special guest Dr. R.S. Dubey, Founder & Chairman, Samarpan Group, Lucknow brings decades of medical, administrative & educational accomplishment. He embodied the synergy between quality healthcare delivery & nurturing future nursing leaders making his role both symbolic and highly practical.
* TNAI UP branch president Kumudini Mishra emphasized the central role of nurses in evolving healthcare.
This well-attended and comprehensive conference set a strong precedent in nursing leadership and excellence, bringing together stakeholders from policy, academia, and frontline care to discuss transformative strategies, celebrate success, and foster a research-driven culture in nursing.
